What Is IBO?
The International Biology Olympiad (IBO) sends four students per country to compete in theory and practical exams covering all areas of biology at a university level. Theory papers include multiple choice and short answer; practical components test lab skills in biochemistry, physiology, and ecology.

- National team candidates who have excelled at USABO, BBO, or equivalent national biology olympiads. For the most dedicated young biologists targeting international medals.
