What Is STEP?
STEP (Sixth Term Examination Paper) is required for Mathematics at Cambridge and offered as an option by Warwick and Imperial. STEP 2 and STEP 3 are taken in June alongside A-Levels. Questions are long, multi-step proofs and applications requiring deep mathematical creativity and technical fluency.
- Who is it for?
- Students with Cambridge Mathematics offers (or considering Cambridge/Warwick/Imperial) who need to achieve S or 1 grades on STEP 2 and/or STEP 3. Should be studying Further Mathematics.
- How is it taught?
